Ratonda Centrum Hotels

Around the corner of bus stop 3G coming from the airport. Not too far from the old town. Very nice staff. Our room was nice but very small. Nice bathroom and good water pressure. Will definitely come back next time but book a larger room.

An okay hotel which has very convenient location in the city center. Room is clean and well maintained, although quite small. Also airco was not really functioning. It says it is controlled centrally, but it never turns on even when the room temperature is quite high. Breakfast average quality.

Nothing too bad but I didnt really enjoy the staying. I appreciate the reception letting me have a late checkout for free but there isnt much more positive to say. During our stay (20-24 June) there was an average temperature outside of 15c and it wasnt possible to warm the room since during the summer they shut it off leaving just a “standard” temperature for every room. We was having cold every moring and even after speaking to the receptionist there was nothing they could do (as he said). We could hear every chat coming from the rooms next to us from the air conditioning tubes, so it might get noisy. The cleaning was the worst part. We didnt get any bed cleaning (just fixing the blankets), the bathroom was not cleaned just a quick wipe with a wet towel. The buffet-breakfast was okay, different choices but the fruit wasnt really fresh. Location was okay, 15 minutes walk to the very centre (old town) of the city. The reception was Friendly. There is no view since its not on any main street. Overall 6/10.
