A Hidden Gem in Phuket – Highly Recommended! My wife and I were wrapping up our Thailand trip, returning from Bangkok to Phuket, and needed a place to stay for one night before heading back to Sydney. After browsing through Booking.com, we stumbled upon Ratri Phuket Old Town. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The entrance was beautiful and inviting, setting the tone for the entire stay. The reception team was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bellboy was also super friendly and helpful, adding that personal touch that made us feel like VIPs. When we stepped into our room, we were amazed at how well-decorated it was. The neon lights and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a stylish, modern escape. The balcony view was a lovely bonus, and we spent a few moments soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Honestly, for the price we paid, the room was far better than we expected! The breakfast the next morning was also outstanding. Fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options—it was the perfect way to start our day before we continued our journey. In terms of value for money, I genuinely believe that Ratri Phuket Old Town rivals any five-star hotel in the area. It’s a hidden gem that provides all the luxury and comfort without the hefty price tag. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Phuket and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay. Staffs were all welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were very satisfied with the hotel breakfast! You can have any kind of eggs, lots of variety for bread, rice or noodle. There's also cereal and I love that they have croissant. Room service is also efficiently done. Room was clean and spacious with generous pillows. Our room comes with the private pool and it was very peaceful. Every night, they will also have a live band which makes the hotel more cozy and homely. There's also free ice cream from 11am onwards at the lobby. Location was excellent, peaceful and not very far from the main shopping area of old town phuket, which have great food options. Hotel is also very nearby a convenient store and laundromat. Will definitely return to this hotel. 🥰

Our stay at the Ratri was exceptional. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. The AC was great to come back to from a hot day of walking around. The location was very convenient to lots of restaurants from cheap eats to better fare but we ate mostly at the night markets which had delicious options to choose from. 10 min walk to Old Town with lots of choices and the Sunday night market, so good. Location was great to head out during the day, chill late afternoon from the heat with daily ice cream in the lobby and then head back out for dinner. The wifi was a bit sporadic at time but mostly good. Lots of massage/spa options as well and laundry service half a block away, which was great as it was so hot there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ratri and would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely time.
