Rattanachol Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel probably 20 nights total. As a westerner, the rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable for me. WiFi works good. Staff is always kind and helpful. It’s the best hotel to stay at in Chonburi city.

I have stayed for three days, and this hotel has its pros and cons. 1.Overall, it is clean and tidy, and the prices are very affordable. The staff are polite and have a welcoming attitude, making you feel at home. 2.The restaurant here serves great food, and the waitstaff always wear smiles and provide proactive service. The prices are also reasonable. However, it feels like the dishes are pre-made because the serving speed is extremely fast. I ordered three servings of pasta, and they were all served within 5 minutes. 3.For business travelers who need to stay temporarily, it’s important to note that the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, so they must be purchased separately. This can be inconvenient for some last-minute guests, which is a bit of a drawback. 4.During my stay, I encountered some cockroaches in the room, and there were stains on the bed linens. The room service the next day did not improve this issue. 5.While resting outside the lobby, the staff took my breakfast without asking and cleared it away, so I had no breakfast that morning... and I needed to catch the earliest flight. In summary, this is an affordable and clean hotel that can definitely be considered for a stay. However, considering the price, there are still some areas that need improvement, such as the planning and cleanliness of the smoking area. But I really like the flags of different countries flying outside, which is a unique feature of this hotel. I hope they don’t remove the flags. I will definitely come back to Thailand, and this hotel will still be my first choice.

Overall ok. The hotel is in the convenient location and have parking space too. Good for business trip stay. Room is clean and cozy enough. However, I think the gym was a bit dusty and not good air ventilation though. The hotel has sauna but you have to pay extra. Lots of people in the swimming pool and several wear normal clothes🥲
