A lovely experience, really recommend staying here and keen to return. The friendly staff and welcoming whilst low-key atmosphere made it for us. As well as the views and facilities of course, especially the pools and outdoor sauna. A couple of tips in case useful 1) we had no issues getting tap water at meals and noticed many other tables did too 2) they have a good alcohol free offering as well as plentiful booze options of course 3) we hired a (heated!) locker next to the gondola to the ski area for about 50 euros for the week which meant we had a nice 10/15 minute stroll through the village to and from each day without carrying all our stuff, worked really well 4) perfect place for my partner to learn to ski, Karl Maier ski school was great and whilst a small resort, it worked really well for me skiing solo for the first time

Amazing hotel, staff , food. This was our 4th year going for skiing and hiking. All the team from reception to back of house are simply fantastic and we can’t wait for next year

We've stayed in this hotel during winter time and summer time. Both of our stays have been amazing. During the summer it is lovely to walk around the mountains and in winter time it is really nice to ski. The ski area is nice and there are lovely huts for lunch. The hotel is perfect when you have kids, our kids are 1, 4 & 6 and also love the just renovated playing room, the swimming pool and tennis courts. The food the hotel offers is amazing, every evening you're served a 4 or 5 course menu which I would grade as a Gault Millau level. The hotel is run by the same family for decades which also gives you the warm feeling you want to have away from home. To summarize, if you're still doubting if you should book this beautiful hotel, look no further!
