Rawai Palm Beach Resort SHA Extra Plus

Our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort was absolutely amazing — truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! Manager Ying was fantastic — so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Nadia at the pool bar was great fun and always brought good vibes, Mau at the breakfast bar was lovely and full of energy, and Nititia from customer service was incredibly kind when I had a swollen knee — she brought me ice and showed such genuine care. A special shout-out to the tall guy at breakfast — he was superb every morning, so friendly and helpful. He even offered to take us to Patong in his tuk-tuk. I’m so annoyed I forgot to leave him a tip — he truly deserved it! Our cleaner was also wonderful — always smiling and did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The room itself was beautiful, overlooking the pool with sunshine all day — the perfect place to relax. Huge thanks to Ying and the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

Rawai Palm Beach Resort in Phuket is a relaxing, family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and beautiful lagoon-style pools. The staff is friendly, and the free shuttle to nearby beaches like Nai Harn is a plus. However, Rawai Beach isn't ideal for swimming, and the resort is a bit far from nightlife. Great for couples or families seeking peace, but less so for partygoers. This hotel is value for money. The smart Bus, stops just opposite to the hotel. from the hotel Its about 5 minutes drive to Rawai seafood market. If you are in Rawai must visit the seafood market, you can get fresh live seafood and there are restaurant opposite the market for it to be cooked.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a gorgeous hotel on a great location. It did however feel quite outdated. The room had a damp smell to it as did the bed linen and pillows. The room cleaning could have been more thorough - our towels and some glasses were stained. Also any items we used (soap, tea, water) weren’t replenished each day. Special mention to the pool bar staff who were all great, particularly Supawee (I think - girl with short hair) who was the best!! Sounds negative but overall had a great stay just some small feedback which hopefully is welcomed.
