Rawai Princess Hotel

The Rawai Princess Hotel in Phuket offers a tranquil and relaxing environment. The stunning lobby welcomes you, and the hotel features a fantastic swimming pool and gym. The staff's hospitality is commendable. Enjoy picturesque views of the beach and Big Buddha. The breakfast is delightful. However, its distance from Patong and Rawai Beach may inconvenience some travelers. The nearest 7-Eleven is a 15-minute walk away, but the surrounding area boasts numerous fruit shops, halal food options, and bike rental shops. Overall, a serene retreat with a few logistical considerations.

I spent 10 days in this hotel, staff is very friendly and supportive, the rooms are spacious with great view from the balcony. They arrange as well a bus for the beach almost every hour. The only downside is the noise from the main street. People drive like crazy and you hear the loud noise from the motorbikes. I would definitely comeback

If you want a hotel stay with a hotel manager that has no idea what is going on, grubby unkempt rooms and poor customer service then come on down. The breakfast included in the room rate consisted of cereal and luncheon meat swimming in a vat of water. The 'free wifi' that was offered worked every now and again then stopped all together on the first day there. After asking the staff about this, their response was to use the the wifi in the lobby. We booked in for several nights but could only stomach the one night so had to forefit our money. Traveller beware this place is a nightmare and an absolute rip off. The red flags in heinsight is that I could only find one review about the hotel....presumably from a staff member....... STAY AWAY......!!!!
