An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the elegant décor, stunning artwork, and peaceful garden setting. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. It’s the thoughtful touches that really stood out—warmed plates at breakfast, a heater in the room, and even a little goodnight chocolate on the bed. The breakfast itself was outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious options. A special mention must go to the homemade granola—it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted! The dinners were equally impressive. The meals were beautifully prepared, and the chef’s attention to flavor and detail was clear in every bite. Thank you to Linda, Stripes, Jeanne, and the entire team for your hospitality and care. We had a truly exceptional weekend and can’t wait to return—next time for the longer walking route too! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and heartfelt service.

This was such a fun outing. We came for beer tasting and gin tasting. Favourite gin was the Mango, Favourite beer was the Ginger Pale Ale. Affordable. Kids could run around and have fun. Proper enjoyable.

What a disappointment, its the second time I have stayed at Rawdons hotel. The first time was 2 years ago and it was a fantastic experience ,It is such a pity to see how the hotel rooms have deteriorated .The room I was given, one can see it was build, to be able to cram people into an area that is not designed to have rooms. The room it self was in poor condition, the basin in the bathroom had begun rotting and the tiles were cracked. During the evening when I was cold ,I looked in the closet for a extra blanked only to find a used one crumpled up and shoved on the shelf. I was very excited to stay at Rawdons again, however the poor condition of the room really soured my stay there.
