My rating for this hotel is five stars. The reception was professional and elegant. What I liked most was the luxurious design of the hotel and the view from the room overlooking the street through the beautiful balcony. As for the breakfast, it was varied and fresh. I would like to thank Ms. Nisreen, the receptionist, for her professionalism and for arranging our trips abroad.

Dear Miss Celia, Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings, I am pleased to extend to you my sincere thanks and appreciation for the good reception and tact in dealing with you, during my stay at the hotel. Your constant smile, good style, and high professionalism in providing service have been appreciated and admired. I also praise your ability to speak several languages fluently, which contributed to facilitating communication with guests of different nationalities, and reflecting an honorable image of the level of service in the hotel. What you do reflects a clear commitment to the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism, and deserves all praise and appreciation. With sincere thanks and appreciation,

Ali

The overall service from the staff and supervisor was below expectations — unwelcoming, unfriendly, and far from professional. Most of the staff acted like they were doing guests a favor by simply doing their jobs. The only two employees worth mentioning in a positive light were one helpful female staff member and a polite Turkish gentleman — the rest made the stay unpleasant. The manager seemed more concerned with cutting corners than ensuring a comfortable stay. For example, they only provide one room card — and getting a second one felt like trying to negotiate a hostage situation. Never seen a hotel so cheap about something so basic. Housekeeping was a whole other issue. They don’t wear gloves, no hair covers, and honestly no sign of basic hygiene protocols. I came back to my room after it was “cleaned” to find a long female hair smack in the middle of my sink — absolutely disgusting. To top it all off, the atmosphere created by the staff is cold and indifferent. No smiles, no greetings, no effort to make guests feel welcome. It’s like they’re irritated by your very presence.
