From Sept 16th to 25th 2023 I had a great experience to be on this hotel ... room was very clean, and housekeeping was always very helpful , and the front desk people was amazing ... they are always making you feel like home and their professionalism was impeccable ... their English was very good , and there was also a young lady that speak perfect Spanish. the parking area was not so comfortable, but it is understandable because of the area of the building. Over all, I would be very happy to be there again soon.
Wonderful accommodations. The staff even found a practice space for me, which means a lot to me as a musician!
I am not sure why they categorized this as a 4 stars hotel. The business room is small. Air Conditioner is not working. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is standard. Menu on the restaurant are just, well, nothing's special. The good thing is the room rate is good.
