Rb Palace

I’ve booked rooms here twice for friends and their families, and both times the experience was very good. The hospitality was impressive and the staff were helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the Government Rest House in Neyyattinkara. The rooms are well-furnished, clean, and come with good water availability—hats off for the maintenance, truly Bravo Zulu! There is an attached bar with both AC and non-AC sections. The non-AC area tends to get a bit crowded, but the AC bar provides a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a great place to stay or recommend for families visiting Neyyattinkara.

I booked this hotel for 2000 rupees and the room was only worth for 800. Very pathetic room and even towels are not clean. Bed is not comfortable. Note the point, in this price range there is a lot good hotels in Trivandrum. This one is not good. The properties in the room was very bad quality. Management should improve

Visited RD Palace bar just to chill out... While ordering for drinks the bar man asked if i need any side dish, i asked for club mixture but he intently promoted chicken tikka their iconic dish and i agreed for that. The food served was ridiculous in all respect and cant even taste it... The complaint was raised and an useless manager turn out with some filthy explanations... They charged Rs 350/- for that and i paid the same with out consuming even a piece of it. Very bad experience.... Never recommends anyone to this garbage.
