RCT Club Vacacional & Spa

I really liked it. The appartmet was very cleaned and equiped. Service was very good. The location was ok. It was low season so we did not go to the beach.

Bit disappointed with this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the whole place needs a makeover. In our apartment the window blind wasn't working, there was a panel hanging off the wall, the towel ring in the bathroom was broken, the sofa had no back so you couldn't sit properly and there was no coffee table (although managed to make one from a chair and a tray!). The buildings all look run down and need a complete refurb. The restaurant is not a nice play to be and the food was pretty awful too. Left early and booked a hotel.

I've expected this to be a nice place to enjoy and rewind from a stressful work life. To have to "pedir turno" to be able to use the facilities (like the gym, pool, sauna etc.), is not only an inconvenience, it ruined the whole experience for us. On top of that our wifi didn't work, none of us had reception, they moved us into another room but we had the same issues. Very ironic that you can only use the gym etc. if you apply for it through the app, which you can't use if you don't have internet... You have to pay for the sauna, you have to pay to play games like etc., breakfast is not included. This place is organised very badly, I wouldn't recommend coming here if you like to relax and enjoy your holidays. We won't come back.
