The best spa in Siracusa! I had an amazing experience - from the minute I stepped in the door I was blown away by the setting right in front of the sea - it really felt like you were in a cave under the ocean! I enjoyed a very relaxing and theraputic massage, then on to the lovely pedicure and manicure by Tonia. An outstanding experience - Tonia made sure I was completely happy with my total experience and I highly recommend this spa to anyone who needs some personal pampering on their holiday! Grazie mille!
Great,welcoming staff and great Massage treatments from Tonya - thank you! Small critiques : Hot tub wouldn’t heat beyond 29 degrees and there was a musty (damp) smell to the bedroom area …helped in part by opening window during daytime . Shower area mould needs resolving .
It is a refurbished hotel, 35 min walking distance from center. Rooms are spacious. Especially if you rent a room in front ofthe water, then it is great. Checking out time is 10.30, but check-in is at 15.00 pm. So we arrive to hotel at 11.15 and had to wait till 15.00 to get in to the room. I found it bit toomuch time for guesses to wait, especially if you draw from other part of the island. We had to go to the center which was a 35 min walk. If they say 15 min walk it is not true. Entrance and the halls were dirty. You have to lift you luggage in to the reception. There is nothing near to hotel for you to spent 2-3 hours. Great hotel but not for us. We stayed in 2 nights 18-19 2025 nights.
