Travelled with my 87 year old mother for a two night stay. Even though the Hotel was nearly empty, the receptionist insisted that we couldn't check in before 4'o clock. Not welcoming at all or sympathetic. Fortunately the rest of the staff were Very helpful and nice...Luis & Clara from Reception, Julio from the restaurant and Olena from Breakfast.
We were very welcomed by the friendly staff. We stayed just for one night, everything was very clean, great breakfast, the only thing I have to appoint is the noise coming from the corridor, and from the other room. In general, price quality and offers, are very good.
Far from a spa experience! 40 minutes standing in the lobby to check in. Then greeted by a very hot hotel room, because they leave the A/C off, even though the sun is beating down on the windows all afternoon before check in time. The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable we had on our 2 week trip! Also the property is located outside of the town with no public transportation. We switched to a hotel in town for the next few days and it was delightful.
