Staff was GREAT fantastic supportive helpful and friendly, can't say enough Staff was Great!! Enjoyed the Villas w nice Kitchen, roomy space great views, Carpet could use updating.. Pool area relaxing, yet need hot water and jets in Jacuzzi. Really like the Village path layout. FUN Bar and Patio, neat traditional decor. Fine restaurant good food and snack bar by Golf solid options to eat or drink.. handy OXXO has most everthing open late. Look foward to staying again..
Lovely place. On the older side, but clean and well kept. The view of the ocean from the rooms is excellent. Could absolutely get used to waking up to the view.
I drove from the USA down to Mexico. I was hoping to play golf on 8/3/24. I walked to the Pro Shop and was told the course was full. There was no group on the first tee. There were 2 empty golf carts sitting there. The guy in the golf shop was rude and incompetent. Apparently, they were out of carts. He could have offered me to walk the course. You guys need better customer service.
