Real Inn Cancún

Our room is very spacious. The hotel is near a bus stop and has great view over the boulevard and lagoon. The flush didn't work properly but we didn't encounter any problems. Water bottles are replenished daily which is very convenient for us. They also serve great Starbucks drinks. Good to know: there is an ATM inside the hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at Real Inn. There was no microwave available anywhere in the hotel, and when I asked, I was told it was due to "safety reasons." I also couldn't get a proper cold shower, which was frustrating. The hotel only has one pool, which was always crowded with tourists, leaving no real opportunity to enjoy it. The food was just okay—not bad, but nothing special. The only real positive was that the bus stop is conveniently located nearby. I requested an additional 30 minutes for checkout and was told I'd have to pay $12 or leave before noon—no flexibility at all. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again

We did not had a pleasant stay here. The staff was friendly but the rooms have seen better times. Our room had several stains on the wall, the blankes and even in the bathroom. We even found some stains on the toilet seat which I had to fix as well because is was totally loose. Sure I could have called someone, but this shouldn’t have happened to begin with. The furniture was beaten down, scratched and partly broken. My parents stayed in another room which smelled very moldy. On top of that, the flushing did not even work properly. My parents had to change the room.
