It's located in the central city. The employees are very nice and the hotel is very clean. Their coffee shop opens from 7 am to 11 pm. I love coffee ☕️
First: the service is excellent. The people are very hard working, kind and are on top of everything. Second and most important: The A/C units are antique and if you stay here during the summer you’re going to suffer and there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. If it’s 105 outside, your room will feel like it’s 120 They switched me rooms twice only to come to the realization that the hotel is just old and they haven’t invested money into the infrastructure of this hotel for 30 years. Now I understand why it’s no longer a part of the CAMINO REAL chain. If you like for your room to feel like a sauna then go right ahead.
On arrival, the bed had a large stain. Looked like old blood. Then the AC was not working. The receptionist was cordial and send the technician right away. The technician adjusted the temperature and assured the AC will now work. We left to a restaurant and come back 3 hrs later and the AC still dint work. They moved us to another room and now it's two beds versus one. To top it off one of the beds also has a stain and the AC kinda works. Also, the pool had a very nasty smell. Will never stay again
