Rebak Island Resort & Marina Langkawi

Everything was amazing. The venue is on a private island, peaceful and quiet, with direct access to the sea and a beautiful pool, all maintained to perfection. The whole place feels exclusive and relaxing, surrounded by nature and with stunning views everywhere. Staff are outstanding – very professional, always smiling, helpful and polite, making you feel truly welcomed every moment of the day. The food was excellent every time, with great variety and quality, and the breakfast selection was wide and delicious. The rooms are huge, super clean, very comfortable and extremely spacious, with all details well taken care of. Every corner of the resort is well kept and makes you feel at home while being in a paradise. Our days in Rebak were pure relaxation, everything felt like a dream from start to end. Without doubt, a 10 out of 10 experience.

Superb stay!! Hotel is located on an island, little far from cenang beach so it is a very serene and a calm place to stay. Rooms are very good and most of them have ocean views (take care while walking in the room, there is wooden flooring and I found few Nails popping out that would have hurt). Staff are very polite and helpful. Food has good taste but price is slighty higher so better take a half/full board package while booking. Also, to reach Hotel, you have to take complimentary Boat service from their Cenang Terminal (which is besides Tubotel, Langkawi). Note that boats are at specific timings and mostly at 90 minute intervals. Each ride to and fro takes about 10 minutes, adhoc rides will be chargeable around MYR 300. Boat ride is also one of the best part of the stay. They do have inhouse activities like bike rental to roam around the island, board games, library etc. There is a bird feeding area which I loved the most. Beware of the Monkeys around so to keep room and windows properly locked while stepping out. Overall I would give a 5 star, special thanks to all the staff members of the hotel.

We stayed at Rebak Island Resort last weekend and had a truly relaxing and lovely experience. The island is peaceful and beautiful — a perfect quick escape if you’re tired of busy Langkawi. Even though it’s close to the airport and you can see planes flying over, it doesn’t feel noisy or disturbing at all. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — and the bathroom was huge! The boat transfer was smooth and well-organized, which made everything stress-free. The beach is small but really pretty, with clear blue water. The pool is fantastic — big, clean, and with a bar inside, which is a nice touch! However, the pool bar was often empty and there was no staff around to serve drinks, which was a bit of a missed opportunity. The only real downside was the restaurant. The food didn’t match the prices — we paid RM 42 for frozen calamari, and overall the quality was not great. On top of that, the service was slow. That said, the resort itself is really worth visiting for some quiet time, surrounded by nature. If they improve the restaurant and pool service, this place could easily be a little paradise!
