Brilliant service! Very friendly as in friendly staff! I came so late from the airport, reception left a note to be able to get in. Highly commendable

I have stayed at Rebhan’s twice now and had great experiences. I stay in the newer building and the rooms are beautiful. Very clean and modern, plenty of seating, spacious bathroom with great lighting. I wish they had air conditioning, but it’s kind of normal not to for the area. The food is absolutely wonderful and breakfast is very fresh and a lot of variety. I’m excited to come back and visit soon!

I arrived at the hotel at 22:00, the temperature inside the room was 28.5 degrees and the light in the bathroom was not working. I called the reception and asked them to deal with the problem. They assured me that the light would be fixed. I waited for 1 hour for someone to come, but no one came. I called 3 times and they just kept repeating that someone will come. I had to wake up early in the morning, so I couldn't wait past 23:00 which was already way to late for me, so I had to use the bathroom with my smartphone torch. Next day I arrived the light was fixed but it was impossible to turn it off, so the light in the bathroom had to stay the whole night on. Also the temperature inside the room was still 28.5 degrees Celsius. I called the reception to ask for a fan. They brought me an old, dusty fan with a broken fan protection cover, so the fan was unusable and I had to sleep in 28.5 degrees heat, even though outside it was much cooler. This is the first time in my life I had to deal with such hotel incompetency.
