Recoleta Grand a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We truly had an amazing time at the Recoleta grand Hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and generous, and looked after All of our needs. Starting with the general manager, Luis and including the front desk staff, we felt as if we were staying with family. They were able to secure us transportation while we were in the city and always continued to ask if there was anything else they could help us with. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future.

Am absolutely fabulous hotel that truly checks all the boxes! The location is perfectly situated in Recoleta, just a few minutes walk from just about any restaurant you’d like and it’s only about a 15 minute drive from AEP airport. The staff is fantastic and are very helpful. The rooms are very nice as well with the beds being extremely comfortable. This has to be considered as one of the top hotels in Buenos Aires!

We stayed here in February 2025. We had a few issues with our first room, but was quickly moved the next day. Any time we had an issue they had someone come to our room within 15 minutes. The customer service from this hotel is a 10/10. I also had to make arrangements with the hotel for an airport pick up when we arrived. The service from Tony was 5 star. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
