Record Hotel

They are very kind. There are small problems with communication, but they did their best to solve the problem with a very good attitude. The hygiene of the room was very clean. The pool was filled with clean water, but it was a little cold. There is a convenience store nearby. There is also a restaurant and massage shop nearby. It's a great place for solo travelers.

Very spacious room with kitchen, good location- close enough to the beach and restaurants, very good service, and CLEAN! We were very pleased with our room which had an amazing view of the river. It was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that when we first arrived we were surprised to find that the kitchen had no utensils, plates or pots. Although, we booked this hotel to be able to cook for our two babies. When we asked reception about that they explained that they only provide utensils/pots/plates for people staying for more than a month and that they will charge us extra fee daily. This never happened to me before and did not make sense (to have an empty kitchen!), and it was not written anywhere on the website or booking details. When we complained, they decided to provide us with a few things at no extra cost but asked my husband to keep his passport with them and warned us to charge us 3 million dong for any damage. I would still recommend this place due to the other reasons mentioned above.

It's located a bit outside the center, but it's still a very nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. We were also able to check in early at 12 PM since the room was ready.
