Location is good. You can walk to the gondola, which is nice. I don’t like how my faucet literally overflowed, but other than that it’s fine

dont come here it is very noisy here and very low quality when we got to our room our TV fell off the wall and the chandelier is halfway falling from the ceiling and the beds are raw hard The only good thing about is very close to the gondola but everything else is terrible. We could not get a good night sleep because there was there was record scratching at our door and our door wouldn’t lock the person who owns this place obviously does not care at all and just is here for the money and not the quality he doesn’t care anything our heater wouldn’to even turn on worst place ever also don’t come here there could be bedbugs

This is my second year coming in the same building and last year I haven’t had any issues but this year upon arrival I got message that there is no heat and hot water in the apt. I contacted the management office and they mention that it will be fixed shortly. This is the third day that I am in the apt and they haven’t fixed hot water and heat. I called and text several times and I’m getting the same response. Very disappointed for the money I paid. Apt was in horrible condition. Carpet stained, arm chair so dirty that from green color turned black. Couple of the appliances don’t work and bathroom sink was clogged. I wouldn’t write review if this was resolved next day but after 3 days I had to. Avoid this place if you can or check before making reservations
