Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need. Walking distance to University, Lake and Iulius Mall with offices, shops, restaurants, cinema, supermarket, etc.
Attention! Reservation canceled one day before, no solution! I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel for one night in Cluj-Napoca. The day before check-in, I was notified by a message that "the room is no longer available" and was asked to call a number to "solve the problem". After providing my details, I was completely blocked on all their phone numbers and did not receive any alternative options. It was a very stressful situation, especially since I found out late (almost 10:00 PM) and had to urgently look for other accommodation on my own. I consider the behavior completely disrespectful towards customers and any professional standard. I recommend to everyone who is thinking of booking here to be very careful and have a backup plan. I personally will NOT return and will report the situation to Booking and ANPC. Bad parts: Lack of seriousness, lack of communication, blocking the customer's phone, stress and major inconvenience. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.
The day before arrival, I received a message from the hotel saying that "the room is no longer available" and was asked to call for a solution. I called, provided the requested details, and then I was blocked on all the hotel's phone numbers, without explanation and without receiving any alternative. I should mention that I did not pay in advance, but, being the late hour (approximately 10:00 PM), I had to urgently look for another accommodation and bear costs higher than the initial estimated amount. I consider this behavior abusive and contrary to Booking.com regulations
