Fantastic huge rooms, great view of the beach, daily room cleaning, free drinking water every day, delicious made-to-order eggs along with large selection of breakfast foods every morning. Delightful and helpful staff. Just off the main beach area, so nice and quiet. Free parking available for scooters!
Lovely hotel with spacious well equipped room. The bathroom was great and also the view from my balcony. Walking distance from the beach is a definite plus. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff are adequately friendly, but not terribly outgoing. I can’t fault the hotel on anything besides the beds. The beds are rock hard. After spending 12 hours in a bus a soft bed would have been great. Would definitely stay here again if it wasn’t for that.
We got a stone as mattress in our first room. After complaining, they put another blanket on top which obviously did not help. We then were moved to another room with a soft mattress. Hotel itself is nice, has a beautiful small pool and friendly staff. Breakfast was the worst compared to all our other 4-star hotels in Vietnam.
