Red Sun Village

We stayed at Red Sun Village and honestly, we had a great time. The room and the overall service were really nice. From the cleaning ladies to the receptionists, and the waiters working during breakfast, lunch, and dinner – everyone was kind, helpful, and truly hardworking. I’ve seen a lot of very negative reviews online, and I must say I don’t understand the harshness. Yes, it’s not a 5-star luxury resort – but let’s be fair: the price is much lower than most 4 or 5-star hotels during the summer season. You simply can’t expect premium services for half the price. If you want more food, more luxury, more everything – then maybe book a more expensive hotel and pay the difference. For us, the price–quality ratio was excellent. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the hard work of the staff, and the overall experience. People should also show more respect to the staff who do their best every day. Special thanks to Manuele at reception, who welcomed us warmly during check-in, and to Emel, who was incredibly helpful and kind during our check-out. Thank you to everyone at Red Sun Village – we left with good memories.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very new and modern and very clean. Very nice food in the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - which includes free bottled water, juices, coffee and even red and white wine. The free wine is pretty good quality too! I can see how some reviews have complained about the buffet as it’s small for the size of hotel and does get very busy with the staff struggling to replenish the food quickly. But that’s a minor point in my opinion. Everything perfect. I actually booked extra nights as we liked it so much.

BEWARE!!! - All Inclusive is a kind of joke! - none of alco drinks, coffee from thermos, no vodka, whisky - totally mistake. This place is suitable for working class guests, preferably from Italy. Other nations - beware! I can only rate this hotel between 2 and 3 stars, no more. Its level of poorest (and cheapest) hotels in Golden Sands, Bulgaria. Mini club for kids - doesn't exist at all. It's only one sad girl from animation team, who always says: "actually miniclub is closed", and that sung day by day... The result is childrens all the time with its parents. Remember - in this hotel there's no free time from kids. I repeat one more time - BEWARE this extremely poor place. It's worth maybe 2/3 of its price!
