We had an awesome time at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. From the moment we got there, the staff were super friendly—always smiling and saying hello. The room was big, clean, and comfy. The food was really tasty, and there were lots of options. The pool and other facilities were top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Rock royalty all the way! We checked in to a court yard room and found the resort comprehensive. The staff were for the most part friendly and most asks were easily accommodated. We were a couple travelling with our single adult children and my siblings family with young children. I can say this worked for all of us although if you a single young person Hard Rock is probably not for you. The massive pool, kabanas, shows, different eating venues and location to Kuta beach and shopping was five star! You pay extra to hire the kabanas. You get a good experience, but if you pay for Rock Royalty and get pool access room you get THE experience. The hospitality hits a new level, I even got a get well note and gift when I was ill for a day. This experience included al a Carte breakfast,, free cocktail hour, afternoon tea and private pool and sanctuary access! It was well worth it. Tip if you have young children 6 and over I can’t imagine them wanting to leave the main pool so don’t do RR. The buffet was fine, kids was great. Room service always quick and tasty and Splash bar always hit the spot. My only criticisms - hair dryers aren’t great pack your own - the rooms are lit dimly hard to get good light Dessy, Didak Ariyanto, Wiguna and Susila made this Five stars before rock royalty I would have been sitting closer to 4! Overall you can’t lose here and I highly recommend

The location of the hotel is amazing—right in front of the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, although the hotel itself doesn’t have direct beach access. The pool was a definite highlight for us; we spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Our room was quite simple but decent enough for a short stay of three nights. We only tried the pool bar for lunch, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The food was dry, tasteless, and overall underwhelming, so we decided not to eat at the hotel again during our stay. What really let us down was the lack of the expected “Hard Rock” experience. The music was forgettable, and there was no signature Hard Rock Cafe vibe. That was the biggest disappointment, as we were hoping for something more energetic and unique. We also weren’t expecting a cabaret show on Friday evening—it felt out of place for what we thought would be a rock-themed atmosphere. On top of that, smoking was allowed in the bar area after 9 p.m., which was unpleasant and unexpected. Overall, a mixed experience—great location and pool, but lacking in food quality and the iconic Hard Rock atmosphere.
