This hotel was built in front of the old convention bureau which is now being demolished and hence, lacks guests and renovation works. In general, the infrastructure used to be great but now the hotel has holes, lacks new equipment, etc. The gym doesn't work, mini-bar has no drinks, TV has 1 channel only, and the swimming pool area is really gross. And this favela surrounding... So much wasted potential.
Dirty room, brown water, the water stagnates in the bathtub... And it was the suite! The breakfast is really good. New room and ants around... No European standards here, and it's a 4 stars...
Overpriced for tiny rooms. Wifi doesn’t work at all when the hotel is near capacity. Rooms are clean enough and the showers are fine. Bed not very comfortable but my sheets were clean. AC worked well.
