The staff are mean , they don't care if u have a problem, breakfast was terrible, and some how every night i stayed there the conditioner would stop working for an hour , and some of the cleaner stole from the tourist
The staff do not speak English so it is difficult to communicate with them, the rooms are very small, the breakfast options are very limited, and the air conditioning system most of the time does not work and has problems.
Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the AC broke down twice while we were there, the safe wasn't working and they needed to be reminded 4 times until it got fixed, they only leave water bottles the first day and the rest is paid, room has no phone to contact receptoom, no tissues, no instant coffee. The room is extremely small. The pillowcases were dirty. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Overall, I do not recommend staying here at all.
