I have stayed in this vintage but well maintained hotel many times. The staff is outstanding, especially Rini, who remembers what foods I like and brings them without me asking. The location in Central Jakarta just north of the Monas is great. It is walkable for restaurants and coffee shops. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all you can eat buffets. The pool is great and is long enough for lap swimming and the gym is fantastic and has everything you need. I would like to reiterate how great the staff is. I would describe it as 5 star treatment at a 4 star price. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an incident and needed to call security to my room after midnight on July 8. Waited a long time without security coming, and in the end, called reception again. Reception said security was coming, but still had to wait a long time after that. Disappointed with the very slow response time and made me feel unsafe.
