Reduce Hotel Thermal Adults only

It is a gem hidden circa 1 hours away from Vienna. I was amazed by the services. They provide the maximum for a 4 star wellness hotel. From the welcome drinks, to amazing spa facilities (huge indoor and outdoor heated pool), food (dinner and breakfast) and even charging for electric vehicles. The staff was amazing. We lost track of time and they called us to remind us of dinner. There is a bar at the spa area and one at the lobby. Amazing choices of drinks and whiskeys. We were at many hotels and this is for sure one of the best so far. I really recommend it.

Just been there for one day/night but it's the perfect place to relax. Large wellness area, nice rooms, great food and very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice place, food, pool, except... when going on a diner, entering a dinning place, some guy from stuff, with very much "primal" look and expressions (looked more like a bouncer) was very, very rude and unprofessional. He wasn't on his place, wellcoming guests, but somewhere else, so when we entered, he came behind our back, scaring us and just repeating and almost shouting "Name? Name? Name?". We have told him, than he just staired at us saying nothing, trying to process info. Then he took us to the table and his colleague took it over, much nicer person. The Primal guy had some hungarian name wich I don't remeber, but also the other nice person had hungarian name, so not to be mixed. The rude person had really that Neolite facial expression. Anyway, he managed to upset me and ruin my dinner, just cause he wasn't doing his job properly or maybe even he was in alcoholic state. So sad.
