Reduce Hotel Vital

Always nice to Return to Reduce. A nice spa, great Gym. Fitness Classes are great fun. Fantastic Food.

I come with my family for 2 nights. The place where the hotel takes place is very nice and the air is very clear. The room was clean, except the showerhead, we found hair on it. Mostly German speaking guests come here because few staff can speak English and the information on the cards and everywhere is written only in German. However on the second day we got an English menu at dinner. The staff is mostly friendly, and a few staff members have seen happier days though. Not everybody smiling to guests, probably they are tired or something. The guests mostly elderly people so great if you don't like loud hotels. The food is not the best, not the worst. The dinner is Ala-carte with some buffet option. The served food is really small portions. The desserts are pre-made and kept in the fridge. The breakfast is just acceptable, nothing extraordinary. The hotel offers cakes in the lobby at mid-day. But they are again, not fresh cakes. The pools are not overcrowded and have a lot of beds. The water is warm. The outside pool is also heated. We don't like to be nude, so we did not tried the sauna. Overall it's not a bad place if you want to rest, but if you have money there are better options, too, of course.

Some times you want to spend some hours and rest during a long rest You arrive late and tired First very slow check in and a missed with not ready room !!! Second you go to the breakfast where you don’t want to have breakfast you would like to grab a coffee and go you suddenly face a rude lady refuse to take your coffe as they closed time is 10am and I’m standing there on 10 am !!!!! I think you should offer a complementary coffee not rejecting me on the door !!! The price of room is expensive 150 euro and we had 2 rooms !!! The rooms are very bad and bed all the night and on every move make sounds !!!! I think it’s attitude I will never repeat a visit to this hotel and do not recommend
