Reef Oasis Beach Aqua Park Resort

We had the best family vacation at this resort. Fantastic service from all the staff, so many amenities, pools and restaurants to choose from. Exceptional beach and reef where you can snorkel straight off the beach. Huge variety of food in all buffet restaurants as well as A la Carte restaurant options. Central to markets and activities. Would highly recommend! Staff were exceptional!

Fantastic resort. Our room was quite, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff members were extremely attentive, polite and helpful. The food in all the restaurants we ate in was extremely delicious and amazing. The pools where very clean and the water was a very comfortable temperature. The whole resort was very clean and the gardens well kept. The staff are a credit to the management team, everyone from the gardeners to the reception staff. I wish to give a special mention to Said, Rushdie and Ahmed at the relax pool for the amazing time they ensured we had during our stay and for making my wife's birthday so enjoyable.

Minuses: 1) Rooms are bit old and need maintenance. 2)Except reception staff, most staff's English level is really at bottom level( almost zero). 3) Aqua parks nicest long sliding parts are closed. 4) There are no signs labels on the street which shows restraunts, bars etc, they just give you a pdf map. 5) Airport - Hotel taxi fee is 30 Euro which is extremely expensive here, normal taxi fees for the route is around 5 euros maximum. Positives: 1) Foods are delicious 2) Staff is helpful and kind 3) Underwater , sea is perfect , worth to visit here only for that. 4) Rooms are clean.
