2023 was my first time here. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Staff had exceptional customer service. Rooms were spotless. Small touches like flowers in the room made my stay even more special. Facilities were well maintained. The hotel’s cleanliness surpassed my expectations. The hotel restaurant is another story, their food is delicious. Stayed about 40 days there I have tried almost all their menu. Everything is clean and amazing taste. Not to forget to mention the hotel view is amazing. I would definitely come back to this hotel. I had also recommend it to my family members and they all came and stayed there and they all Loved it. It is a great atmosphere for couples and families and even kids. They also have a kids play area which is great. Already made my reservation for this year 2024!!!
Everything was amazing, from check in to check out. Each time I have visited I feel like a member of the family. Thank you to everyone on your team, for making all that they can, feel so welcome and accommodating.
Very nice and quiet place. Rooms are so spacious and clean. The location is excellent. The staff are amazingly hospitable. The service is great. The area is very nice where you can take a walk through the natural forest or you can buy whatever you want from the close by supermarkets. Food is really good and not expensive. You won't need to eat outside the hotel. The only down side is the toilets. They are smelly. Although they did their best to fix this issue but it wasn't resolved. They have hot water 24hr available. Bring your own shampoo because it's not provided. The shower curtain doesn't doesn't fit the shower area. So water will be all over the bathroom. W actually askes for a mop because it wasn't convenient to ask for someone to clean it everytime we took a shower. Although they were more than helpful. One more thing, the balcony is not safe. There is no fence. So you can't let your kids go there. The hotel has a restaurant, a play kids area(extra charge), and a swimming pool during summer. This was a nice and calm vacation. We enjoyed ourselves and so did our kids.
