A wonderful hotel that I very much enjoyed during my stay in Berlin! The rooms are very clean and the black walls are very fancy. Hotel staff are friendly and the place is decorated nicely, where I almost thought this was a 4 or 5 star hotel! Being next to Berlin's Hauptbahnhof is great too. It's really an amazing place if you can afford it! ⭐

I booked this hotel for a 3-night stay based on the photos and information on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, I was given a room that looked different than the pictures—it was a clear downgrade. When I raised this issue with the front desk (a long-haired gentleman on the night shift), he casually dismissed it by saying, “Booking.com is not our website, we are not responsible for the pictures on there.” He showed me two other rooms—one was an upgrade, one a downgrade. I offered to pay the difference for the upgraded room since I needed a functional workspace, but instead of assigning either of those rooms, he gave me a completely different one, still not meeting expectations. When I told him I wouldn’t stay unless the room was changed, his response was, “You can leave.” At 11 PM, with no alternatives and no assistance offered, I was left with no choice but to stay in the subpar room. The next morning, a different front desk staff member (much more helpful) managed to move me to the hotel next door, which is part of the same group. While I appreciated this gesture, it doesn’t make up for the poor handling of the situation the night before. Management should seriously reconsider allowing that staff member to handle the night shift alone. His attitude was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no regard for guest experience. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Misleading advertising and poor service made this a regrettable stay.

Please make sure the upcoming months if your coming for a business trip and need good sleep to not book here. As there is a festival next to the hotel. The noise goes on until 00:00 on weekdays. (Loud DJ) And it’s not mentioned anywhere on their website or when you book your hotel. Because otherwise I could have stayed somewhere else. Many people in the hotel had disturbance and could not sleep. It’s a food festival that will go on for a longer amount of time.
