Ref Kansai Airport By Vessel Hotels

This hotel is directly connected to the train station that are 2 station and 10 min away from KIX. REF Kansai Airport Izumisano is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience near KIX. The hotel is directly connected and have an almost fully covered walkway to Izzumisano station as I arrived on a rainy night. Heard that it is near or Rinku Outlet too. The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish, with a petite sized rooms and comfy beds. This might be the smallest room I have stayed in Japan but no complain for the location im getting. Sound wise as I was facing away from the train direction, it was quiet for me. The onsen is a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. There is a 7-11 downstairs for konbini lovers. The staff are friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. There are free flow drinks at the lobby too. I tried the breakfast too and love it! Especially the udon and sashimi option! Small and simple selection but great enough to end my trip with fond memories about Japan before leaving at 10am. A great alternative to airport hotels if you want a peaceful stay before or after your flight. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and families!

I had to take away 1/2 star from 5 - The hotel is rather straight with check in/out time. They made no flexibility at all to allow early arrive guests to get into the rooms, even when they had available rooms and they will charge you some 1,000/1,200 yen per hour if you choose to checkk in before 2pm. Same as check out time, yo have to stick to 11am, otherwise it will be a auto charge by the hour, the receptionists said. Front desk staff with limited English though, Otherwise they are may cons with this chain hotel: 1. Excellentt location especially when you have early departures from KIX, just stay in Izumisano and with the earliest train departing at 5:20am, it will take exactly 9 mins to reach the terminal. 2. It's super clean everywhere 3. Free amenties to take at the lobby 4. Great breakfast (opt for it). 5. The hotel has a coin laundry room as well. Wash & dry (no detergent needed) for Y600 per load. 6 There is a 7-11 steps away and quite a few eateries and 10 min walk to a large supermarket Highly recommended.

It is good for airport transportation and shopping at Outlets, cause the hotels in Rinku-town station is more expensive at weekends. The room is small but the service and facilities are great. The public bath on 12 Floor has a nice reading room with plenty of comic books. The hotel also offers valuable breakfast, traditional Japanese foods, fresh and delicious.
