I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting all my needs perfectly. The only downside was that housekeeping didn’t come by every day to check if I needed anything or to clean the room, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed one night at this large and well-located Premier Inn in Sheffield, choosing a Premium Room on the 12th floor. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The quiet air conditioning made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were excellent and really added to our experience. Courtney checked us in and later served us drinks at the bar — she was efficient, friendly, and full of energy. Nick looked after us during dinner and was attentive and welcoming, taking the time to recommend a delicious pizza and making sure our salad came with dressing on the side, just as we’d asked. A small touch, but much appreciated. Overall, a very enjoyable and seamless stay — a great example of what Premier Inn can offer.

I only pop in for breakfast. I use other Premier inn for stays but this is my breakfast stop . Love the breakfast staff. I appreciate that being a disabled person, amd sometimes a solo person that the staff take the time to make me welcome and check on how I'm doing since my last visit. Many places are so generic but also soul-less. Going somewhere where they know you and also your dietary needs is most appreciated. My partner also loves here. They know I will be well looked after. Connor and Sally are the dream team, but Nick and Tina are fab too. Keep doing what your doing. Your warmth shines through and makes you stand out . They have the customer service of bigger posher places. What's not to love. Champagne service on a beer budget x
