I had an amazing stay at Regal Airport Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the food from the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Erika was outstanding—she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade and a late check-out, which made everything even better. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel offers great amenities like a pool, fitness center, spa, and multiple dining options. It’s ideal for both short layovers and longer stays. The soundproofing is excellent despite being near the airport. Easy access to the AirPort Express and nearby shops adds to its practicality. Highly recommended for its location and full-service facilities.

I stayed at the Regal Airport Hotel on the night of August 4 for a quick overnight layover. I didn’t have a prior booking and arrived very late after a long flight — tired, groggy, and just hoping for a smooth check-in. Thankfully, I was served by a front desk staff member named Anson/Answan (apologies for not catching the exact name), and he was excellent. Warm, calm, and genuinely helpful, he patiently answered all my questions without rushing or fluffing about. When I asked about breakfast, he even offered a 50% discount — with no pressure at all. Just clear, considerate service. This was not my first stay at Regal Airport Hotel, but it was the first time the customer service stood out in a good way — thanks entirely to him. That said, I do hope the hotel improves consistency across its team. While waiting in line, I noticed the reception experience varied quite a bit depending on who was serving. I was lucky this time, but others didn’t receive the same warmth. A few small touches would also make a difference: adding shower caps and body lotion to the rooms, and offering Muslim-friendly options in the breakfast buffet would be a welcome improvement. Overall, for a one-night layover, this hotel is convenient, comfortable, and — if you get the right staff member — a very pleasant experience.
