Exceptional Experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The room was spotless, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities were top-notch. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel truly sets this place apart. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
The hotel is neat and clean and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and its near to the location of Nizami Street. The staff is friendly and speaks english very well. The hotel is also value for money as the prices are economical.
The rooms were okay but the cleaning was bad. The service was awful. The bed covers were torn and not changed. The washrooms were never cleaned. The breakfast only had eggs and bread. Not even a toaster available. If you go by 10:30 the eggs are also not available. Even the receptionist doesn’t know English which makes more difficult to communicate. You can hear noises from next and opposite rooms. They call it 4 star hotel not even a 2 star hotel.
