Regal Oaks 2604 Roadster Lane

This was our second time here at Regal Oaks! And we had a wonderful time again! The house was clean when we arrived, and the reception staff are always so friendly! Especially Ana G. A real winner! Our children had a wonderful time too! The pool is always wonderfully warm and there's plenty of room to relax under a parasol. The jacuzzi in the garden was emptied, cleaned, and refilled every few days. We're so sad that we have to leave and will definitely be back next year!

Stayed at Regal Oaks for 2 weeks in May. We decided we wanted to stay in a villa than rather on site at Disney. We had a townhouse between 2 people, which meant lots of room. The facilities were great and so was the hot tub. The canopy covering the sitting area outside could have been cleared of debris, but that didn't affect anything. We didn't use the pool or those facilities but it was a very short/cheap uber to the Disney parks! Lots of animals to see including some deer!

We technically stayed via an air B&B but still used amenities. The pool is decent size and kept clean. Many places to relax with umbrellas. The villas themselves (again, we stayed in a personally owned one, so only have ours to go off of) were very spacious. There are covered outside patios to keep bugs away. Ours was 3bed, 3bath, and had large rooms. The kitchen and dining area were large as well. Parking is abundant. The only downside and a HUGE one at that are the workers. They all travel on golf carts. They pull out in front of you and almost hit you constantly. We had several near misses when they ran stop signs or pulled u-turns in front of us. They throw trash as they're driving. We had a few women who were screaming at each other at one point. There were 2 who were trash-picking and were pulling items from the trash housing area and placing them into a bag, then put the bag into her personal car. The summary is that they don't seem to care where they are driving, and you have to be attentive while driving in here. We didn't try the in-house restaurant or the poolside bar, which has short hours. The location is relatively good, and you have short driving distance to most parks and downtown. I'd still return here (specifically using our host again), and it was still a nice place to stay in a safe area.
