Great hotel in a good location to get around the city. Friendly staff inside, room was good, clean, with a mini bar. The restaurant and bar have a good selection of menu items. Breakfast also has a good variety of foods - cooked meat, fruit, cereal etc. Would come here again when visiting Buenos Aires
Found a great deal online and got this 5-star hotel at a big discount. The hotel is a bit old and could use a revamp, but at a good price with large well appointed room, good breakfast, friendly staff, this was way better than any other midrange hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
The worse hotel I have ever stayed. This is far from a 5 star hotel. Shower/bath tub leaked water all over the floor. The phones in the room (x2) did not work. Was ignored by management for full 24hrs until I went down and complained. Then they changed our room only after telling me all rooms have the same problem. Internet did not work for 24hrs. Customer service is the worse I've ever experienced. After 3 weeks I've still not had any response from Senior management about my complaint. If I could give zero stars I would.
