Nice and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. English usually not a problem. In case you have a room looking inside of the stadium the occasional concerts can be disturbing. Worth to go for the premium floors, but if you are on a budget the lower level rooms just do fine. Worth to try the swimming pool in the basement.
very old hotel, so the room kind of smells and the facilities are old fashioned. they don’t provide toothbrush so you have to take your own. But they clean the room everyday and the breakfast buffet is great! The lobby area is huge and they have lots of sofas for you to rest on. They don’t speak english well.
Booked a room 3 months before our trip. THEY cancel on US a month before our trip, thats 2 months after we've made our booking and PAID! By this time, all other hotels were very expensive and ended up paying double what it would have been if I had made a booking 3 months before the trip. Very unprofessional and completely outrageous! I've never been in a situation like this before with a hotel. Definitely won't be coming back here again. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to others. If you do make a booking here, just be aware that your reservation may be cancelled and you might end up paying more.
