The room was clean and modern. The location is super close to the airport, perfect for the night before your departure. The shuttle bus to the airport and back is amazing, literally every 15 min and super spacious, for free! Some of the staff is nice, some are rather cold and not very friendly, but I had no issues. Overall for the money, this hotel is worth it.
The service was very good and the shuttle buses are great to the airport and outlet. Beautiful luxere hotel. The cleaning of the bathroom could be better. There was still black hair on the floor. I could extended my stay until 6 pm. Without extra charge. That was great. I would definitely come again if I am in Hongkong!
There is a free bus to and from Terminal 1 HKIA which is very convenient even if the hotel is nearby. Reception was welcoming and was a breeze. Thankful for that. The room was a just enough to have one person pass by to the other bed. Room was very clean and there are switches for a Do Not Disturb sign or Please clean the room by the door. Even though there is a card slot by the door, no need to leave a room card key as the air conditioner remains at a comfortable temperature, and can be set to what temperature is desired. The cleaner was very helpful (I suddenly had my menstruation and she gave me a pack of sanitary pads for free!). There was no sanitary pads available at the vending machines at the Ground Floor. At the ground floor, there are vending machines of cup noodles, some hot food until 11am followed by fresh salads, and some necessities. Note that there are no sanitary pads available for females but condoms and shavers available for males. The hotel’s cafe at the ground floor had quick service and the food was delicious with attentive wait staff. I only got to try the Mediterranean restaurant on the 3rd floor called Vivace and the handmade pasta, margherita pizza, and manchego sticks were delicious! The hotel is connected to the AsiaWorld Expo and 11 Skies so these make the conference venues very accessible. Thank you for the service!
