Loved the calm atmosphere and tasty food. The buffet had a good variety, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal.

My recent stay at Regal Lake Palace Hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty with stained carpets, and the bathroom was unhygienic with hair in the sink, a strong odor, and a leaking faucet and washbasin. To make matters worse, the handwash in the room was also leaking, and the washroom glass door was broken. The air conditioner wasn't working, making the room unbearably hot. The food at the hotel's restaurant was overpriced and tasted terrible, and the room service was late. The staff was unhelpful and often absent, and when we complained, they seemed dismissive and unapologetic. Given the high prices, we expected a much better experience, but the hotel failed to deliver on its promises. Overall, our stay was a nightmare, and I would not recommend Regal Lake Palace Hotel to anyone.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at regal lake palace hotel and it was a complete disaster.we booked 4 rooms for two days The hotel's service was non-existent, and the rooms were dirty and unhygienic. The worst part was the lack of staff. There was nobody to clean the rooms, and we had to struggle to get basic amenities. The housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took multiple requests to get even the most basic cleaning done. But the real kicker was the food. We ordered breakfast, and it arrived in the evening! It was clear that the hotel had no concept of timing or customer service. To make matters worse, the room's amenities were not working properly. The bathroom's flush wasn't working, which was unhygienic and inconvenient. The AC wasn't working, making the room unbearably hot. And to top it all off, the fridge in the room wasn't working either. The rooms were also poorly maintained, with stained carpets and dirty linens. The overall ambiance was gloomy and unwelcoming. *Avoid at all costs!*
