Regatta Hotel Restauracja Spa

There are some hotels you go to for sleep and a comfortable room and there are other hotels you go to and don't want to leave and Regatta is one of those. The hotel excels in all ways starting with the lovely staff. The location is also peaceful since it's basically in a small forest and the spa has everything including a jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, cold bucket and kids pool. Also the breakfast had everything you could want. Don't hesitate booking here it's an excellent hotel in all ways.

I travel almost all Poland, and ı stay always best hotel when ı stop a city. This hotel has the best rostorant that ı seen before in Poland.

We stayed here as it all looked great online, however. The pool is out of bounds between 2pm and 8.15pm and closes at 10pm. They open it to tbe public and sell tickets but hotel guests are not allowed in. So when you arrive it closed unless you fancy a swim late. The food is mediocre and service poor, we had to endure a waiter giving non hotel guests dozens of shots in tbe resturant allowing them to have there phone music on at the table, they got more and more drunk and tbe waiter kept suppling them with shots. Breakfast is poor quality and all hot food cold kept it warmers that are not warm. When we was there my wife had to keep going to reception to order a coffee, get more napkins, ask for tbe eggs to be replenished. We was told we can't order cooked food as advertised as they are setting up a large party for tbe evening. Very poor service to paying guests that expect better from a 4 start Rooms are dated, not spotless clean we stayed 2 nights and we ordered our room to be made up at the reception and it was forgotten or ignored, my wife complaned and was told reception does not comunicate with tbe cleaners. The noise of the air-conditioning and plumbing kept us awake all night and my stay was so bad I couldn't wait to leave. Don't stay.......
