This is a wonderful experience staying in the hotel. They offer us complimentary pickup from airport. The driver was awesome, we been offered water and cold towel at the airport. The reception at the hotel offered us welcome drink. The check in was smooth and the rooms were ready. The hotel has an awesome swimming pool. We are enjoying our stay here.
Very beautiful hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Staff are excellent and extremely polite and obliging. Try massage attendant number 71. She is so good!! Some of the plugs in the room did not work. Not all the TV channels are accessible and the aircon could not be adjusted. Excellent buffet food. Very happy with fruit selections: dragon fruit, pineapple, papaya, watermelon 🍉
This is a comfortable historic hotel in the heat of Siem Reap very near Angkor Wat. Common areas and rooms are beautiful. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Air conditioning cools guest room exceptionally well. Pool area is spectular. Buffet breakfast is very good with a large selection of iteems, both Eastern and Western dishes. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Spa and gym areas nice.
