I feel like the only nice thing I have to say is polite stuff. They’re trying but with bad management there’s a limit to what they can do. The club room inside hotel is extremely loud, and it would all be ok if it worked until midnight or so. But no, it’s currently 2:38am, and they’re blasting music for 5 people drinking there so nobody else can sleep.
Old hotel... rooms are old and no internet... bathroom is old... water is salty... dirt everywhere... food is substandard... I stayed there for 5 days and it was a real disaster for me... beach is neglected and there is no lifeguard... the biggest disappointment was the air conditioning... I do not recommend it to anyone
They attempted to ROB our luggage, rooms were DISGUSTING, food was mediocre at best, god knows how they passed health inspections. Chlorine levels at the pool were unsafe (they were at 7ppm when it should be 1-4ppm). The staff were lovely and welcoming though, and I'd never blame them for the hotel management's mistreatment of the property
