Nice hotel at the Queens promenade end of Douglas. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Lots of old style touches including a gated lift. Breakfast a bit expensive at £14 for full English. Good location close to the Electric railway and horse drawn tram. Bus stop right outside the front door . Highly recommended.
Stayed every month at least once for over a year (work) and every stay has been excellent. Staff are extremely friendly and breakfasts are superb. Rooms are extremely comfortable (stayed in most of them over the year), brilliant hotel.
Nice clean hotel. Could be better kettle in room. Bed very comfortable
