The staff was absolutely fantastic! From the receptionists to the housekeepers, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t even have to ask for anything extra from the housekeeper, they took care of everything I needed every day. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything else was just perfect. This was definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Home from Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thanks to Dana at the reception — she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Her kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. Also, a big thank you to Ala, one of the staff members, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly helpful, especially with language support and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really stood out. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a 2BR with two balconies and it had a washing machine in the kitchen which was perfect for our stay. The staff was so welcoming and sweet, especially mobin. The room service food was good and we especially enjoyed the cut fruit after a long day. Parking is convenient as well and its within walking distance of the mall and the marina, so we were able to walk over to take a nice boat ride and get some fresh air and ice cream. I really adored this place and will consider it for any future visits!
