Regency Park Hotel is a fantastic choice in Copacabana. Just a block from the beach, it offers clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its prime location makes it easy to explore the area. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Rio!
The staff in the lobby and dining area was ok..... room service was not ! We called for wash cloths and towels 3 times because there was none in the room and no one delivered anything. We had to go to the front desk and ask for it.
Attention at reception was hostile. There was no WiFi. The TV only had one channel. The elevator is very old. The dunny is old-fashioned. There is rust in the sink tap and shower. Breakfast included buffet is fine.
