We had an excellent two night stay, and will now be calling this our home in Cairo. Absolutley fantastic treatment by security, check in staff and the cleaners. We could not have found a better location, and the swimming pool is incredible. Ideal for families. Great hotel which we look forward to returning to. Comfortable beds and pillows.
I am glad that I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The view of the pyramids from the terrace gives the hotel a bonus. Hospitality, with quite rich dinner and breakfast. There are also small shops at the reception with good prices if you know how to negotiate. 🙂
I stayed there with my family last week, and it was unfortunately not a very pleasant stay. No on from the entire staff speaks English, and the cleaning staff looked at us and laughed at a daily basis. They where rebuilding the swimming pool, so there is no swimming pool and even though there where two swimming pools do they not keep it clean. The entire hotel was empty meaning others had experienced this before I did. I would NOT recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
