Regent Bali Canggu

We stayed at the Regent for 5 nights at the start of our honeymoon, and it was incredible. The property is absolutely stunning - every single decor detail, every aspect of the rooms, the pools and lounge areas, the restaurants and the spa. Absolutely beautiful, so cared for, and spotless. The service at the hotel was what really blew us away. Every single morning the team who greeted us at breakfast made it their mission to ensure we had a wonderful experience, memorizing our coffee and latte orders, encouraging us to try new food (everything was exceptional), and offering anything we could possibly need. When I got sick with some "Bali Belly" during our stay (from the one meal we had outside the hotel!), they helped get medical staff onsite and to our room at 3:30am to administer an IV, provide medications, and take care of me. Truly above and beyond! For the next several days, the hotel staff sent extra juices and snacks and checked in to see when I was feeling better. Truly just the absolute best care in the world. We enjoyed our stay so much and we can't wait to return.

An Unforgettable Stay at The Regent Bali – The Best Service We’ve Ever Experienced From the moment we stepped out of the car, everything was flawlessly taken care of—setting the tone for what would be the most exceptional hotel stay we’ve ever had. The Regent Bali goes above and beyond to make every guest feel like royalty, and we were truly spoiled from start to finish. One of the highlights of our stay was the privilege of accessing the **Regent Club Lounge**. The food and drinks were spectacular—from the gourmet mini-bar selections to the exquisite evening cocktails, every detail was thoughtfully curated. It was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had in Bali. The in-room services were equally impressive. Unlimited laundry, complimentary beverages (including alcohol!), and top-tier amenities like a Dyson hair dryer, an automatic toilet seat, and a perfectly positioned air conditioning system (which blew just right near the balcony entrance) elevated our stay to pure luxury. What truly sets The Regent apart, however, is its **exceptional staff**. Every team member made us feel welcome, offering warm hospitality at every turn. A special thank you to the **Regent Club staff and Elvan**, who made us feel at home with their attentive and personalized service. I also like to recognize **July** at the poolside, who went out of his way to ensure I had a fantastic time—whether it was helping capture the perfect photo, ensuring a great swim, or serving delicious meals with a great smile at all time. Bonus point: Surfing class just a doorstep! I paid IDR350k for 2hrs surfing class started at 630am! Sincerely, thank you to everyone at The Regent Bali for making our stay so memorable. WE LOVED THE STAY. I told my husband every 1 hour that I don’t want to leave. All we did was just chill and stare at the beach and that was enough. The beach house is beyond AMAZING. A recommendation for the property: Will be good to install a makeup mirror - the current portable one is tricky. When placed on the sink counter, it’s too low so I have to bend down to use it. Can’t leave in on the shelve and use it because the light is too dim. But other than that, it was 10/10. ❤️
